Panic Attacks? - panic attacks more condition_symptoms
I suffered from panic attacks for 3 months and can not really learn to deal with them. If it happens, I think I'm dying IM automatically mean having a heart attack, I have a blood clot. of my life ruined. I had acupuncture, yoga tries, pills, use the resources of Bach, but nothing. I know, I'm afraid of death, but that is out of control. I have tested and have a healthy heart and lungs healthy. But what are the pains in my chest, I always get? someone please help: (

Much of what happens with panic attacks is that we begin to fear, the panic attacks themselves, and this makes the situation even worse. It becomes a vicious circle is really hard to control. You need a way to feel (and are) in the control of the situation that we do not live in fear of the next attack.
I am a massage therapist and has worked with many people dealing with panic attacks and anxiety. I do not know what's happening in your life, but stress is often a major component. I have had. I think that something seriously wrong, it made me panic. The thing is, now you know there is nothing physically wrong if you get one to think "at least know what it is with you, I die, calm down, stop running around and it will in a minute, let I am not me. "what I think really helps.
