Hi, I need advise regarding First home & Investment Property? - property investment perth

Hello, we have our first house in Perth in February 2008. The house is 3 bedroom. Last month we bought as an investment property 5 BDR, 2 baths amounts. Settlement date is 27 febrero 09th My children say that we rent in large 5-bed property, 3 BR and residence.
My question is: Is this possible? Shall I ask the lender (ANZ Bank)? Or just the estate with 5 bedrooms and 3 hp left and on the income to pay the mortgage.
(I know it will be less in exchange for 3 BDR) are
