Bartending license to serve in NY? - catering liability insurance
I have family and close friends private party (100 persons), and serves beer and wine at a place in the Catskills, NY. This page requires liability insurance of alcohol. I have an on the internet, but insurance denied because the people served by a bartender with a license or an approved vendor must. I searched and searched the Internet and all that is what I found a temporary authorization for TPA to be beer and wine waiters and bar trend of school reports.
Who am I doing? A friend who can open bottles and pour them with the permission of the TPA? or a server with a certificate?
I avoided the road to recovery because they are not hot food and still would be likely to serve too expensive.
Any help would be great. Thank you.

This probably will approve a temporary premises for the ABC. I tended bar for years in New York and not a license. The ABC Board is a pain to face. I just want to make further and to rent it without the license and driver to take people home, if their concern. much easier and cheaper.
